Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the structural design and technical program development of the company's mechanical products to ensure that the design solution meets the product function and quality requirements.

• Detailed design and optimization of gearboxes, gearboxes and other products according to customer needs and project requirements.

• Use CAD, SolidWorks and other design software for 3D modeling, parts design and assembly drawing.

• Perform strength, stiffness and thermodynamic analysis of products to ensure the feasibility and reliability of the design.

• Cooperate with production, quality and after-sales team to provide technical support and solve production and customer feedback problems.

• Prepare design documents, technical documents, design change records, etc. to ensure complete and accurate design information.

• Track the progress of product design, participate in sample testing and verification to ensure that the design results meet the requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, mechanical design, materials engineering and other related fields.

• At least 2 years of experience in mechanical product design, especially in gearboxes, reducers and other related fields is preferred.

• Skilled in the use of CAD, SolidWorks and other design software, with strong three-dimensional modeling and drawing drawing ability.

• Solid foundation in mechanical design, familiar with common mechanical materials, processing technology and mechanical analysis methods.

• Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to collaborate with production, quality and other departments.

• Creative thinking and problem solving ability, able to cope with complex design challenges.

• Good English reading skills, able to read technical literature and product manuals proficiently.
