Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the operation and debugging of CNC equipment such as vertical lathe, gantry milling machine, gear inserting machine, gear grinding machine.

• Perform precision machining of products according to drawing requirements and process flow.

• Monitor the production process to ensure that machining accuracy and production quality meet standards.

• Maintain CNC equipment, regularly check equipment operation and perform simple troubleshooting.

• Completes production schedules in accordance with shop schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.

• Comply with the safety operation procedures and environmental protection requirements of the workshop.

Tenure Requirements:

• High school or above, majoring in machinery manufacturing related.

• Experience in CNC operation, able to skillfully operate equipment such as vertical lathe, gantry milling, gear insertion, gear grinding machine.

• Have certain drawing reading ability, understand the machining process.

• Familiar with CNC programming software (e.g. FANUC, Siemens, etc.) and equipment debugging.

• Strong sense of responsibility, able to adapt to three-shift work system.

• Good teamwork spirit and communication skills, able to adapt to fast-paced working environment.
