Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the whole process management of product quality to ensure that the product meets the design and customer quality requirements.

• Participate in the quality control work in the product development stage, formulate quality standards and checking process.

• Responsible for monitoring the quality status during the production process and conducting on-site quality inspection and testing.

• Analyze quality problems, propose improvement plans and promote rectification of quality problems.

• Coordinate with suppliers for quality review to ensure that the quality of raw materials and accessories meets the standards.

• Prepare quality management reports, track quality improvement effects, and provide quality data and improvement suggestions to management.

• Participate in internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with ISO and other relevant standards.

Tenure Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, quality management, industrial engineering and other related fields.

• At least 1 year of quality management experience in machinery industry, experience in manufacturing heavy-duty equipment such as gearboxes is preferred.

• Familiar with ISO9001 quality management system, with quality analysis and problem solving ability.

• Proficient in quality control tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, etc.

• Strong communication and coordination skills, able to communicate and collaborate effectively with various departments.

• Good English reading and writing skills, able to read technical information and standards.
